Defective goods or incomplete deliveries have to be announced 10 days after receiving the delivery. We grant the customer the right to return the delivered products intact, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return of the products is at the expense and risk of the customer. Please send us a message to myorder@betobe.ch and ask for the address in Switzerland or Morocco.

Since we are working with local artisans, the shipping time can take up to a maximum of 3 months.

DDP - delivered duty paid for Europe

For a delivery based on DDP, we deliver the goods at our own expense and risk to a destination in the import country, taking care of all formalities and paying all import duties in addition to all costs.

For countries outside Europe we are happy to research the delivery costs for you and make you a seperate offer.
